Make Manufacturing Expansion adds New Jobs in Bibb County


Macon, GA – July 2010 - Make Manufacturing LLC, an aerospace specialty parts manufacturing company, purchased 5 acres in the Airport South Industrial Park and will build a new 10,000 – 12,000 sf manufacturing facility.  Make Manufacturing specializes in aerospace machine details and assemblies for Boeing – Macon, Boeing Enterprise, Gulfstream Aerospace, Spirit Aero Systems, Robins Air Force Base as well as many other aerospace manufacturers.  They plan to add 10 -15 new employees within the next 12 months.


Make Manufacturing owners Randy Tolbert and Marty Bardash started their company in 2005 after many successful years in the aerospace manufacturing industry.  The company is currently located in south Bibb County.


The Airport South Industrial Park was developed by the Macon-Bibb County Industrial Authority.  The park is zoned industrial and served by Norfolk Southern Railroad.  Current tenants include Nichiha USA, Air Supply General, Wood Fiber Technologies, and Knox Pest Control.
