The National Parks' report indicates that creating an Ocmulgee National Park & Preserve would set Middle GA on a new economic trajectory

Creation of an Ocmulgee National Park and Preserve would drive a significant increase in economic activity for Middle Georgia communities, a new analysis shows. Within 15 years, as much as a six-fold increase in visitation would add $206.7 million in annual economic activity, defining a new trajectory for Middle Georgia.
